Unlimited Roads Behavioral Health is a trade name (DBA) of Free Range Mental Health PLLC, a professional limited liability company licensed in the State of Minnesota. Our principal place of business is located at 600 Professional Drive, Northfield, MN 55057. We provide outpatient behavioral health and mental health services to individuals in the United States.
By accessing our website (unlimitedroadsbh.com) or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
2. Services
Unlimited Roads Behavioral Health provides mental and behavioral health services including but not limited to psychiatric evaluations, medication management, therapy, and wellness consultations. These services are provided by licensed clinicians and are intended for informational and therapeutic purposes only.
Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider for any medical or mental health concerns.
3. Not an Emergency Service
Unlimited Roads Behavioral Health is NOT a crisis or emergency service. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, please:
- Call 911
- Call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline)
- Go to the nearest emergency room
4. Appointment & Cancellation Policy
4.1 Scheduling: Appointments may be booked via our website or by calling 507-879-5002.
4.2 Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ advance notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee as disclosed at booking.
4.3 No-Shows: Clients who miss appointments without notice may be charged a no-show fee and required to prepay future appointments.
5. Payment & Insurance
5.1 Fees are disclosed prior to services. By proceeding, you agree to pay applicable fees.
5.2 Insurance: Verify your coverage before your appointment. You are responsible for any amounts not covered by insurance.
5.3 Refunds: Completed services are generally non-refundable. Refunds for prepaid services are handled case by case.
6. SMS Messaging Program
Unlimited Roads Behavioral Health (Free Range Mental Health PLLC, DBA Unlimited Roads Behavioral Health) offers an SMS messaging program to opted-in clients. By opting in, you may receive:
- Appointment reminders and confirmations
- Care coordination and follow-up notifications
- Wellness tips and behavioral health resources
- Promotional messages about new services and offerings (marketing only with separate consent)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to 507-879-5002. After sending STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further SMS messages. To rejoin, opt in again as you did originally.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. SMS Consent Is Optional
Consent to receive SMS messages is never required as a condition of receiving services from Unlimited Roads Behavioral Health. You may receive our services regardless of whether you opt in to SMS communications.

Our SMS program and website services are intended for individuals aged 18 and older. By opting in to SMS communications or using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Services for minors require parental or guardian consent and must be arranged directly with our clinical staff.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unlimited Roads Behavioral Health, Free Range Mental Health PLLC, and their clinicians, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes shall be resolved in Rice County, Minnesota.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
