We all remember (and probably want to forget) the measures taken to reduce the spread of Covid 19 in 2020 and 2021. People were stopped from working; lockdowns occurred routinely, and the message received especially by young people was one of hopelessness. Young people were prevented from attending school, were prevented from graduating in person with their classmates, and people were given government money for doing nothing. The message these measures sent were extremely detrimental to the mental health and ambition of young people. The aftermath has been disastrous to many young people who we now see struggling with mental and physical conditions, preventing them from living robust lives. I can help clients still suffering from these problems. If you or a loved one is struggling with moving their life forward, contact me and we can develop a plan of action leading to future success.
